My Review:
Author S S Turner has written an interesting tale in their newest release, The Connection Game. It is the type of book I would not normally read, but I did find it to be an enjoyable read and one to be definitely worth reading. It was fun in meeting Benny Basilworth. I admired him and his determination in making connection that many would not be able to make. There were quite a few scenes that had me laughing out loud, giving me the appreciation that I am able to read it in the privacy of my own home, instead of embarrassing myself out in public. I thought the story of Benny and his family was one that kept me engaged most of the time. And I felt honored to spend a couple of hours with them. I know many other readers will, also, want to read this heartwarming story. It is perfect example why readers should go outside their comfort zone and read something they would not normally read. Overall, I thought this was a pretty good book.
I am giving The Connection Game four and a half stars. I recommend it for readers who enjoy reading fiction filled with satire and humor. I will be on the lookout for more books from S S Turner to see where else they will take their readers and fans to next.
