I enjoyed each of these retellings that tells the lesson learned at the end of the story told.
The Boy Who Cried Wolf! And Other Great Stories with Lessons is beautifully illustrated by the talented artists, Kam Wing Lo and Lai Sun Ip. The pictures were so vivid and eye catching, making it easier for the youngest of readers to keep their attention on each story. I thought they were a perfect addition to the book that made me smile every time I turned the page.
I am going to give The Boy Who Cried Wolf! And Other Great Stories with Lessons a very well deserved five plus stars. I highly recommend it for readers who are between the ages of four and eight years old. I think it would be a great book to put on the shelves in elementary school libraries and or classrooms, as well as, public libraries.
I received a hard cover copy of The Boy Who Cried Wolf! And Other Great Stories with Lessons from the publisher, but was not required to write a positive review. This review is one hundred percent my own honest opinion.
I really like the idea behind these books.
