Review: The Amish Ballerina by Richelle Brunstetter with Wanda E Brustetter

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Blurb:

An Amish Woman Hides a Secret Passion

Eighteen-year-old Arie Kauffman loves to twirl and leap around the barn in her Amish bonnet and dress, practicing ballet moves her English friend taught her. Her parents would be upset to learn that this longtime interest has progressed to her secretly attending ballet classes. Arie even hides her dance skills from her boyfriend, Edwin Chupp, who often invites her to try new things, knowing she has an artistic heart. Her secrecy, however, is causing damage she may not be able to repair. When offered new opportunities to dance, will Arie break from Amish tradition or hold true to the bonds of her faith and family?

My Review:

Wanda Brunstetter has always been my go to when I am in the mood for an Amish story. I was excited to find out that she was teaming up with Richelle Brunstetter in her newest release, The Amish Ballerina. The plot is a little different than I am used to reading in Amish Fiction. However, I did enjoy reading the tale between Arie and Edwin. I wanted to keep reading to find out which direction the two go in the end. I think it was an overall great read.

I am going to give The Amish Ballerina four stars. I believe fans of clean Amish Romantic Fiction will not want to miss out on it. I think it is definitely worth reading.

I received a paperback copy of Brunstetters' The Amish Ballerina from the publisher, but was not required to write a positive review. This review is one hundred percent my own honest opinion.
