My Review:
I honestly wished He Calls Me Daughter was released many years ago. I have had a difficult relationship with my own father in my earlier years and then nonexistent in the last 20. That is a wound that has been hard for me to understand. This film really spoke of my heart. I understood the other women's heartache, self worth, and confusion they felt. I cried several times while watching it. It was inspiring hearing their stories and seeing how they discovered that they were God's daughters. What a beautiful realization that I, too, am God's daughter.
I am giving He Calls Me Daughter five stars. I highly recommend it for women, particularly for those who have had absent / distant father.
