Rachael’s Decision

I loved writing this series in a bakery setting, except I gained weight just reading about the desserts and found myself craving cakes and cookies. Rachael has an interesting past, and she has a loving heart. You’ll want to laugh with her and root for her. You’ll love Caleb, and you’ll root for him, too! This book has twists, turns, and it’s full of surprises.

The most fun I have is meeting readers like you who I consider friends through social media, at conferences, and that I’ve met at Amish talks, Amish Girlfriend Getaways, and many other places. If I wasn’t writing and speaking, I would’ve never meet people like you. That’s what keeps me writing. Thank you so much for your interest in my books.

My daughter, Misty, had a little girl, Jolene, and she’s keeping me busy, and she’s so much fun. Some days, she on my lap and we write together! Thank you for joining me here today! I hope you’ll connect with me on Facebook!

My Review

Rachael's Decision is the sixth installment from Molly Jebber’s Amish Charm Bakery series. I have enjoyed reading the first five books of the series and was excited to get my hands on this one. I adored this story, going back in time to twentieth century Ohio, and getting to know Caleb and Rachael. It was a delight to read and well worth reading. I had no problem reading it next to my fireplace with a mug cocoa on a really cold day outside.

I am giving Rachael's Decision five stars. I believe fans and readers of clean Amish and historical fiction will want to read this one. I look forward to seeing what other releases Molly Jebber has in the future.

I received a copy of Rachael's Decision from the publisher, but was not required to write a positive review. This review is one hundred percent my own honest opinion.

Magdelena faces difficult decisions when having a difference of opinion with her parents. If she goes against them, she’ll face serious consequences.  Sometimes we have family situations that arise, and they require us to search our heart for how to deal with them. Toby also faces hardship, tragedy, and being judged wrongly by others. Toby and Magdelena are sure God has a plan for their lives, but they’re not sure if they are following his will. They pray for guidance. You’ll enjoy their friends and how they come into play in this story. We all have friends we love, and memories we make with them. They root for us. The same goes for this couple. You’ll wonder what will happen next, and just when you think things are better, something else happens. I hope you enjoy the story. Don’t forget to sign up for a chance to win the grand prize at the end of this tour!

I am giving Magdelena's Choice four and a half stars. I look forward for more upcoming releases by Molly Jebber in the future. I highly recommend this one for those who enjoy a good, well written, sweet and clean Amish story.

More from Molly

Hi Readers!

You are the reason I write. Your inspiration and encouragement on social media posts brighten my mood and on those hard days of writing, keeps me going. Thank you!

I’ve been fortunate to have a close family. I hear so often, you can choose your friends but not your family. Maryann in MARYANN’S HOPE loves her mother, but finds her a challenge with her unpredictable moods. When she meets Andrew, they both must make difficult decisions throughout their courtship relating to family and seeking God’s will for their lives. Maryann’s toddler, Betsy, will make you laugh, as well as other children of her friends in the story. The bakery desserts will make your mouth water, and you’ll imagine the aroma of cinnamon, sugar, and warm bread.

The Amish Charm Bakery is where friends come to enjoy a break, share secrets, solve problems, and laugh and cry.

On a personal note, this year has been an exciting one for our family in spite of COVID-19. My daughter, Misty, is getting married, and we love our future son-in-law, Kevin. They are having a small wedding due to the virus, but it hasn’t dampened any of our enthusiasm for this special day. God has blessed all of us with making all the plans go smoothly, and they’ve enjoyed their marriage counseling with Pastor Roger.

Pastor Roger asked them to put their first name in the verses in Corinthians Chapter 13 of the Bible, as an example of how they should feel about each other. Such as Misty is patient, and Misty is kind. I thought about that in my marriage to Ed. He is all those wonderful things to me. But I need to be more patient! So I’m learning along with Misty and Kevin! LOL

I pray that MARYANN’S HOPE will bring you a fun escape into the small Amish town of Charm, Ohio during the period of 1913-1914!

My Review

Maryann’s Hope is the fourth installment from Molly Jebber’s series, The Amish Charm Bakery. I have adored the previous books of the series and was excited to have the opportunity to read this one. It is now my new favorite of the series. Even though it is part of a series, I believe it can be read as a stand alone.  My heart ached for Maryann in the beginning and was happy when she met up with Andrew. The two had some of the sweetest scenes together that I just loved.

I am giving Maryann’s Hope a very well deserved five plus stars. I highly recommend it for readers who enjoy reading charming Amish fiction. They will be entertained with this one, as well as, the rest of The Amish Charm Bakery series.

I received Maryann’s Hope from the publisher. This review is one hundred percent my own honest opinion.

More from Molly

I related to Hannah in this book where I had to find the courage to make some hard decisions. Maybe you’ve had some hard choices to make and finding the courage to follow through has been difficult for you. Have you had a bad day where nothing goes right? We’ve all had those. Hannah’s has many days like this, and she is torn about what to do from one problem to the next in her life. She makes some snap decisions, and faces life-altering challenges. You’ll laugh and want to stomp your feet at the twists and turns in this story.  She’s good at giving her friends advice, but has trouble following it. I can relate to this in my life at times. Maybe you can too. The Sheriff and Dr. Harrison are still regular customers at the bakery where she whips up mouth-watering desserts. She and her friends cry, laugh, and offer each other advice. I love time with girlfriends, and Hannah’s no different. You’ll relate to her, root for her, want to reach in the book and shake her at times (I’m sure my friends have wanted to do this with me a time or two!), and wonder how what the future holds for her. I hope you’ll follow my blog tour and enter for a chance to win the Grand Prize at the end of the tour. The more you enter, the more chances you have of winning! Thank you so much for your support and encouragement. Your Facebook comments help me to get to know you better, and I appreciate it so much! Here’s a recipe Hannah’s whipped up for you. And there are more in the back of Hannah’s story. Cake
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 ¾ teaspoons cinnamon

Review

Hannah's Courage is the third installment from Molly Jebber’s Amish Charm Bakery series. I have read the other books in the and enjoyed every one of them and I think this one is my favorite of the three. I do recommend that readers should probably should start at the beginning of the series with book one, Liza's Second Chance. I found this story to be one that warmed my heart and gave me a reminder of what faith, hope and inspiration can do. I loved Hannah from the start and felt a connection to her. There were a few twists to the story that kept me want to keep reading. I had the whole book read in just a few short hours.

Hannah’s Courage is getting five stars from me. I highly recommend this book, as well as, the rest of the Amish Charm Bakery series. Readers who love clean Amish fiction will enjoy this one.

I received this book from the publisher. This review is 100% my own honest opinion.
