My 2025 reading was kicked off with a bang for me when I read Jeff Gunhus' Blood Lasts Forever. I found that the main characters of The Fab Five to be believable and realistic. This is the kind of thriller that had me intrigued within the first chapter and continue to keep me on my toes. I never knew what was going to happen from scene to scene. Just when I had it all figured it out, I was thrown into another twist. There was no way of predicting of what the outcome would be. There were secrets and mysteries to uncover all throughout. The suspense just kept building and building for me. I had to keep reading to find out what would be revealed in the end. I would love to see this story play out on screen one day. I believe it would make a great movie and / or tv show.
I would give Blood Lasts Forever one hundred stars if I could. I have no doubt readers, fans, and lovers of action packed and fast paced psychological thrillers will not want to miss this thrilling ride. I am eager to find other releases from the talented Jeff Gunhus to see where else his imagination takes his readers to. He has earned himself a new fan here.
