My Review:
Enchanted Hill had me travelling back in time to the 1930s California. I loved the dynamic between the main characters, Cora and Jack. They were a delightful team as they try to solve the mystery. The book was full of suspense, mystery, danger, action, adventure, and romance. I found it to be a page turner and I had a hard time to put it down. I loved every single scene.
I will be giving Enchanted Hill a very well deserved five plus stars. Fans and readers of historical mysteries, particularly set during the early twentieth century. I would love to read more liked this one from Emily Bain Murphy in the future. After reading this one, she has earned herself a new fan.

Emily Bain Murphy was
born in Indiana and raised in Hong Kong and Japan. She graduated from Tufts
University and has also called Massachusetts, Connecticut, and California
home. Murphy is the author of two critically acclaimed
young adult novels: The Disappearances, which was shortlisted for
the Waterstones Children's Book Prize, and Splinters of Scarlet. Murphy lives
