John McLaughlin spent half his life bootstrapping his start-up business to an industry leader. His desire to teach what he spent his career learning led him on a remarkable journey through the gates of a minimum-security prison where he taught entrepreneurship for almost three years. John has an MBA, a teaching certificate, and a marketing management certificate from Harvard Extension University. John enjoys riding a tandem bicycle with his wonderful wife, Reba on the greenways of Charlotte, North Carolina where they live with two extremely spoiled cats, Moe and Joe. My Review: 

When I first heard about John K McLaughlin’s Lifeline to a Soul: The Life-Changing Perspective I Gained While Teaching Entrepreneurship to Prisoners, I really wanted to get my hands on it. And once I got the opportunity to read, I jumped on it without hesitation. I was far from being disappointed. I admired his courage and bravery in wanting to help those in prison life changing skills for them. I love his approach in how he was able to teach others on how to better themselves and becoming successful. I was inspired by his words and found how I can, too, succeed better myself in different ways. I, also, liked how it shows not to be so assuming about others and what they may have been through and not be as judgmental to others. Overall, a inspiring book that gave me a good feeling to read. 

I believe that Lifeline to a Soul: The Life-Changing Perspective I Gained While Teaching Entrepreneurship to Prisoners is definitely a five star read. I would give it one hundred if I could. I highly recommend it for readers who are seeking and needing some inspiration in their own lives. I would love to read more like this from the talented author, John K McLaughlin.
