Alexandra Gavranovic lives in Georgia where she is studying Public Relations. She has been writing and crafting stories since she was a young girl, and enjoys the process of being creative. When she’s not studying for her college classes, Alix enjoys spending time with her two cats and her dog, reading dystopian novels, and playing video games. My Review:
I have to admit I am not a huge fantasy / science fiction type of reader. I was not quite sure what to expect from Alexandra Gavranovic's debut, Deception is Our Remedy. The cover had me curious and I had to find out what it is all about. I was far from being disappointed. I believe it is among my favorite novels I have enjoyed from this genre to date. I was easily captivated with the characters and the story. It was full of adventure, action, mystery, suspense, mystique, and intrigue. I had a hard time putting it down. I had no problem having it all finished in a couple of evenings before bed time. A perfect way in ending my day. It was such an honor to take this journey with Callista. I loved it.
I am giving Deception is Our Remedy a very well deserved five plus stars. I highly recommend it for readers who enjoy reading novels from the young adult, science fiction, fantasy, and dystopian genres. Despite it being marketed for teens, I do believe it would be a great fit for readers of all ages. I would love to read more books like this one from Alexandra Gavranovic to see what other tales has in store for her fans and readers.
