My Review: 

Legacy of Secrets is a great introduction for me to the talents of Helen Starbuck. I have not read her books before and this one will definitely be the last. I thought the character of Kate Earnshaw was one that made me instantly hooked with her story. I felt a connection to her right from the start. I loved it when she met with Evan Hastings. It has a lot that I enjoy reading in a book: suspense, true to life events, mystery, romance, adventure, and danger, all with a great setting of Colorado. Kate and Evan made quite a team trying to solve the mystery of what happened to her father and his friend. This is one of those stories that I could not predict as to how it would end. It is not a long read and I had the whole book read in one sitting. It was great spending a few hours immersing myself in this tale. I thought it was so very good.

I am giving Legacy of Secrets four and a half stars. It is definitely not a book that readers will want to miss. I recommend it for fans for romantic suspense. They will not be disappointed. I thought it was a great read. I will be looking forward to more by Helen Starbuck in the near future. She has just earned herself a new fan.
