My Review:

The Heart of Aleppo is a very powerful read. I have not really heard much about the Syrian Civil War, so this book was shocking to me what the people in the country have been going through. This book really torn at my heart to think of the children having to live that way. Zaid is one brave boy that I loved from the start.

I am giving The Heart of Aleppo a well deserved five stars. I highly recommend it for all readers. It is definitely not one to be missed.

I received this book from the publisher. This review is 100% my own honest opinion.
