Q1. HOW DO THE FACIAL EXERCISES HELP US TO DE-STRESS THE SKIN AND AGE LESS!
Facial exercises and massage are one method I recommend to remove the impacts of skin stress so that the face looks younger and more vital and ages less, simply because it is stronger and healthier.
In my work in the fashion and beauty industry I have always recommended that models do the exercises before a photographic shoot or runway show, because face fitness routine delivers the same results as going to the gym - after a good workout you look refreshed and the skin has a natural glow.
A youthful, vital complexion and a toned face starts from the inside out with facial exercise in combination with healthy lifestyle choices that include good nutrition, good breathing and good skin care. They all work together to counteract premature skin aging by de-stressing the skin so that it naturally ages less!

Q2. HOW OFTEN DO YOU PRACTICE FACE FITNESS AND ARE THE FACE FITNESS EXERCISES TIME CONSUMING?
Since learning these techniques I have practiced them daily and used them in my career for many years. There is no doubt that if practiced consistently this program will not only firm the skin, but will improve the overall health and vitality of the face.
Once you are familiar with the exercises they take no more than ten minutes a day. The beauty of these exercises is that you can do them wherever you are. But the key is to do them consistently as a daily practice, as this is what will revive the skin and give it a healthy, youthful glow.
Q3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
If the exercises are done daily you should start to see results in around five days, however after a full month you will be able to see significant visible results.
Of course anything new can be a bit of a challenge, but the trick is to concentrate on the muscles being exercised and relaxing everything else on the face. Your facial muscles will initially feel sore, much like the muscles on your body after a good workout. This is a daily practice that if built in to your daily routine can deliver genuine results.
Q4. WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO DO THE FACE FITNESS EXERCISES AND MASSAGE THE FACE?
The beauty of the Face Fitness exercises is that you can do them anywhere and at anytime. The most important thing is that you do them!
The massage is easy to incorporate when you are applying moisturiser in the morning or evening.
Regardless of when you do it, I always recommend that you give your face a good firm rub when applying your moisturiser to a damp face and then very gently pat the nutrients into the skin i.e. gently means so that there is no discomfort of any kind. This brings blood to the skin surface, increases circulation, removes toxins and helps carry more nutrients to the skin.
Q5. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SUPPORT A FACE FITNESS ROUTINE IF WE WANT TO SEE FAST AND LASTING RESULTS?
The challenge we are dealing with here is stress, which creates havoc in our bodies and the first place it shows up is on our faces. So the whole purpose of this method is to de-stress the facial muscles and strengthen them, as when we de-stress we age less!
